Now track and spot Indian trains geographical location on Google maps on a real-time basis

Information about Indian trains geographical position on Google map provided by Indian Railways.

 Yet another awesome service introduced by the Indian Railways for Indian commuters.

The Indian Railways launched a map based service for locating trains. RailRadar, a very useful website which provides real time position of 6500 Indian trains. Now you can not only track movement of trains, but also find the latest train status, nearby trains, see routes on maps, stops, and much more...


RailRadar's legends:

Rail Radar has some more information like, Right now how many trains are currently active, how many trains are on time and how many are running late. You can zoom in and zoom out map and also navigate with India map navigator. 

If you will zoom in the it will show other details also. If you want to search a train then go to search tab and search by the train name or number. you can also search with station name or station code.

Sources said that train data is refresh every 05 minutes shown on Rail Radar and may be delayed by 05 or more minutes to show on google maps.

Technical team will soon make it available for mobile phone also.
